Hello, I just found a way to share levels from one chartbook to another (see picture) But I don't know the name of my chartbooks. Which number do I have to put in there, or how can I know the number of my chartbooks. Thank you |

How can you not know the name of the chartbook, you must be opening it in the first place and it/they must open to copy drawings from? Look at the top of the main Sierra Chart window, does it have the current chartbook name? Also, the menu CB lists the names of all the currently open chartbooks. Yes I already tried that. But levels are still not shown on the charts (see attached pictures) I can see the name on the top left. Which I added to the copy chart drawings setting. Is there something that I am doing wrong? I tried everything I know already. |

See very simple example attached. 2 Chartbooks: Source & Destination Drawing copied from chart #1 in source to chart #1 in destination. Destination chart has value Source:1 for setting Copy Chart Drawings from Chart #'s. |

Ok thank you. Now I figured it out. But I still have an issue... Drawings are shown correctly on my ES charts, not on my CL tough (see picture) Settings are all the same, the symbol is set up correctly, I don't get it... Which can be the reason for this? Thank you |

We do not know why you are having an issue with your CL Charts, but the one thing we want to point out is that you should not use special characters (like the @ sign) in your Chartbook names. We are wondering if this could be the reason for the issue.

Here the ES charts. There's something else that has to be looked tough. If it's possible. When using the initial balance for POint and figure charts (check ES 09.07 yesterday) sometimes it's not shown on the right time. How is this possible? Thank you |

With regards to the drawing copying between chartbooks, this is working fine. The one thing we want to point out is that you need to look closely at the values where the drawings are located in the source chart and therefore where they will show up in the destination chart. For example, with the CL chartbooks, you have chart #1 in the "CL Triggers @ftstradercasas" chartbook copying drawings from chart #1 in the "CL Macro @ftstradercasas" chartbook. "Chart #1 - CL Triggers" shows levels from 85.35 to 86.15 when the scales are reset for the current bars. In "Chart #1 CL Macros" the closest drawing is an extended ray at a level of 85.72. Relatively speaking, this is a long way above the current bars. -- We do not see anything wrong with the IB levels, but we may not be looking at the ones that you are specifying, as you have a number of studies on your charts. Let us know which chart in particular shows the issue and the specific study and what exactly is wrong and we will take a look again. The first issue is that your Session Times are incorrect. You have the Evening Session overlapping the Regular Trading Hours. You either need to turn off the Evening Session or adjust the hours so they do not overlap with the day session. Refer to the information here: Chart Session Times After you get that worked out, you will still only see the IB information when there is a bar that represents that trading day displayed in the graphics area. If you are only displaying today's trading and the time for the IB has not occurred yet, then you will not see any IB information displayed.
