Just started sierrachart version 2431 and unable to download data from denali. I am using AMP and CQG for trade execution.
and, just fyi,
second instance of sierra has rhythnic for trading and and sierra denali for data. the second instance works fine.

Apparantly, the issue is when using denali and cqg together in my case.

Downgraded to version 2425 and have the same problem. I guess it is on your server side.???

Well.... I have 2 instances of sierra running.
1. Denali (F.US.MESU22 symbol) plus CQG for execution
2. Denali (ESU2.CME symbol) plus rhythmic for execution
Both instances have been running on the same system, using the same routher and the same firewall with ports opened as you suggested in the guide.
Both instances have worked without any issues for months.
I just started them few hours ago after a 5 days break and instance #1 unable to download data but instance number 2 works just fine.

suggestion above is not applicable in my case
