I have spent all day trying to resolve this issue, using all your resources, to no avail. I have two instances running and the Position line in the Second Instance is just as it should be. I have set Global Chart Trading in each instance side by side and have the First Instance set up exactly like the Second Instance. It worked fine yesterday so I surely have checked or unchecked something. Restarted computer. Closed and re-opened Trade Window for chart. I have checked the box which says to use Global Settings instead of Chart Graphics Settings. I have gone through your documentaion to the letter. Please advise. Thank you. |

The settings that control the information in the position line are in Trade >> Chart Trade Settings >> Working Orders. Good morning, John: The screen capture did not work, so here are my Working Order settings, which are identical in the 2nd Instance, which displays all the data Value: Yes, in the Position Line: With both these instances set exactly the same in Global Chart Trade Settings and the box checked that says to use Global settings, I must ask if Global truly does override settings done elsewhere or can there be a setting elsewhere that is prohibiting the data set to Yes from displaying? Order Quantity: Yes Order Price: Yes Order Type: Yes Addnl Order Info: No Order Status: Yes Attached Order P/L: No Filled Quantity: Yes Attached Order P/L Always: No Buy/Sell: Yes Estimated Position: No Order Assoc Lines: Yes Limit Line for Stop-Limit Orders: No Single Character Order Type Names: Yes Thank you. |
