Using latest version. Worked fine yesterday, this morning no DOM data on Sierra. Using IB for data. Orders still sent to IB standalone TWS when click entered on Sierra DOM but no data showing on DOM.
Thanks

File>>Open Mkt Depth Window is all zeros.
No help otherwise.

I get an error msg saying exceeded SC data connections of 3. This copy of Sierra is using IB so dont understand that either. I have two other copies running on this computer that use SC data. Service used is IB (trading). Do they not serve data anymore to the Sierra DOM? The orders still go to IB from the Sierra DOM.
thks

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

That fixed it.

In support article, Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds should be
File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds set to No.
