Hi, I am testing TeleTrader for a european equites feed as IB is useless due to constant pacing errors. I am using this as a breadth monitor so I have over 50 charts open at the same time which IB just cannot handle well. I cannot log on to TeleTrader using the latest SC version, but I only have a demo account. I cant see any error apart from a refused connection in the SC log. Do I need to contact TeleTrader or should this work out of the box? Also, if you have any other recommendations for European equities data feeds I would be happy to hear them. It seems to be either TeleTrader or eSignal. How do you subscribe to the Teletrader data feed? I can't find any reference to it on their web site - just web portals and their own web-based software.

Hi, the TeleTrader feed needs to have a special permission set to work within SierraCharts, so the normal Demos will not work. I will post the Sierra Feed Demo feed link as soon we are ready. We have released version 1138 which solves the connection problem to TeleTrader. Update Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease and now you will be able to connect to TeleTrader.
