Switching From Professional to Non Professional

Currently I have package 11 but im paying Professional fees for it since at the time of creation I didn't have a funded account, now I do. I go to account management to try to change it but I dont see any way how to do so. I click on "account details' then change packages but am not given an option to deactivate professional and go to non professional please help. Thanks.
