Replay Control Panel does not show up even after resetting windows

I am aware of this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ReplayChart.html#NotVisible, but it still does not show up. I have tried resettting Window >> Reset Windows as well as Chart >> reset child windows as well, but it still doesnt show.

An interesting thing that happens is when I try to reset child windows the logs say ZBU22_FUT_CME[M] #3 | Caught an unhandled exception in c_Chart::WindowProc. Message: 32769, wParam: 33567, lParam: 0 | 2022-08-27 00:22:00.223 *

I have also tried rolling back to a previous version (I believe it was 2066) and then the replay control panel showed up there, but my global settings were missing. I am currently on Prerelease version or 2428.

Restart Sierra Chart and select Chart >> Reset Child Windows.

An exception like this, is usually going to be relating to an operating system level issue.

Why you would have this issue we do not know. It does not make sense.
but my global settings were missing.
However you can restore the Global settings:
