Level 2 Data not appearing

I subscribe to the Denali data feed CME Top of Book, but I am currently connecting via a Rithmic login, in which I have Level 2 data enabled. This has been confirmed via the broker & the R|Trader order book; however, it does not show up in Sierra Chart. Please advise.

Yes that is true. The market depth data in this particular case will not be accessible if you are using the Denali Data Feed for the same exchange.

I'm not sure I understand- I was required to subscribe to Denali in order to use this particular Rithmic login. It doesn't make sense that I would be paying for Level 2 for both, & importantly- it worked just fine until recently. I had subscribed to Denali prior anyway, & didn't subscribe solely to satisfy the requirement- but currently, I am only logging in using the Rithmic login.

Again- I am not sure I understand. If I UNsubscribed from Top of Book w/ CME in Denali, would it work then? I am able to see the level 2 in COMEX, NYMEX, & CBOT... which I do NOT subscribe to using Denali. But, if I unsubscribe to the CME top of book- then effectually, nothing will work? Correct?

Please kindly elaborate...

You can use either the Denali Data Feed or the Rithmic data feed. You will have trouble with historical data when using Rithmic data.

To use the Rithmic data feed uncheck this option:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

And be sure to follow the instructions.
