historical intraday data

HI, I have an acccount with interactive brokers(have updated to system 10 package) but am receiving no historical intraday data for my CME symbols. I do have the current real time data showing but no loading of previous days. I understand I now have the denali data feed since the upgrade but do not have the appropriate trading account to utilise. Can the denali data feed provide the historical data? Thanks |

I activated the CME exchange feed but still no intraday historical data. Is there someting I need to set in Sierra Charts so it uses the Denali Feed rather than interactive brokers?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
