2427 Cannot Place Orders / Cancel Orders on Trade DOM

Trade DOM on 2427 not placing orders in live account, and flatten / cancel controls not working (order still shows on DOM and exiting SC warns that live orders are still in place). Incorrect recording of orders and fills in activity log (price went way past my order price but no order placed, log shows order that was cancelled). Rolled back to 2425 and seems to be working as normal.
Just in case this is not just me.

No definitely there are no problems like this at all in this version. All trading functionality works correctly and nothing has changed. We do not know what the issue is in your case. It is no longer relevant because you are no longer having an issue. This thread is now hidden.

How is this possible? How is it that you could not put an order but yet you see a particular order in the Trade Activity Log? This makes no sense.

I don't know. 2425 seems to be fine and I have checked orders with my CME account.
All I can say is that 2427 was behaving very strangely (and I checked it with CME account and orders were not being received).
Never had this before.

We do not think if you updated to 2427, you would have an issue again. But just stay with 2425 for now.

We have identified what the issue is in 2427. It occurs when using Attached Orders. It is resolved but for now stay with version 2425.


When we did a test we could not reproduce the issue. There was a minor issue, related to the attached order data structure when transmitted to the trading service causing the problem.

He is correct. I also have issues where orders are sent and show on the dom but cant be canceled or not actually received by exchange.
Now trying to download your intraday specific version you just released end with a time out.

We apologize for this. The data center where our server is located used for downloads in the United States, is having intermittent connectivity problems today. On the Sierra Chart installer, set the "Region" to Europe.

And try the installation again.
