Hi:

I am interested in $XLK and $XLC.
I looked through the Find Symbols - Indexes S&P (Realtime), and I did not find these listings.

If these are actual S&P Index symbols we will get them added to the list.

A dumb question: Will I be able to get all the symbols on Service Pack 12?

The package you are on does not make any difference to what symbols you can get access to, apart from the basic need to be on an integrated package in order to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

The symbols that are available are determined by the exchange selected.

We looked into this. All of these indices are already listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Indexes S&P. The symbols are different than what you gave. So you need to search by description.

If any are missing, let us know but they should all be there.

You can open Historical Daily charts and get data. However, if you need real-time data refer to:

I try to Find Symbol and select $IXC and get Invalid Symbol. I went through the link above to update Symbol settings.

Why does $IXC show invalid symbol when trying to create a chart?

Thanks

Therefore the symbol does not exist.

Nothing we can do about that.

So the symbol never existed to begin with. We will remove it.
