Missing Data Comex Gold

Hi there , I've subscription for the integrated advance
also subscription for the data from COMEX ( the $100 one coz I have no trading account )

somehow the gold is missing Data
the silver works fine

I'm also having trouble deleting the data ...

I'm using cross over MAC

could you please help me plz ?
