Problem with the real time Nasdaq TotalView data connection

Hello,
I paid for real time data Nasdaq.
But my data are still delayed
Can you help me ?

I have doubled checked the symbol set-up and that does not solve my issues
it is written "Not connected"

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

No, FXCM is fully unrelated to NASDAQ TotalView.


Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

Also make sure you are using the correct symbols:
