Hi the symbol USDCHF is not updating the charts are frozen. All of my other charts and symbols are working just fine. What is the issue? I am using (SC) Forex data FXCM.

We are testing this now we do not see a problem with this symbol. Reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.
