Frozen Chart

I have a problem with charts when I open up Sierra charts the charts are frozen. I logged in to my other computer and charts are not frozen. What do I do?
The computer I am using to login to sierra charts is not my main computer for trading. I updated to current version and made sure login credentials are accurate, still nothing happens.
