Hi, I am trying to load data for NYMEX futures with the Denali data feed. I currently have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts" active on my account and have my interactive brokers trading account connected to SC. When loading any symbol from "Futures - NYMEX" (or any other futures exchange) from the "Find Symbol" window, the data is delayed. Do I need to upgrade my Denali data feed subscriptions to get live data? Thank you for your help! |

Everything looks correct with your Sierra Chart account. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
