Hi there, I am very new to sierra charts and I made a mistake when purchasing my service pack. I use cqg data and I wanted to have access to the advanced features sierra provides. I came to understand that service pack 10 which I have bought doesn't align with my cqg data and the advanced features I want to have access to. Is that correct? If that is the case can I deposit some more funds to update to service pack 11 during this month and not waste the 29 days I have left? If nothing can be done it would be like I have thrown my money in the bin, because I won't be able to conduct my analysis and trading the I would want to. Please I ask for your understanding and I hope we could figure something out. Thanks in advance. |
