Hi John.
Downloaded the latest DSC version the other day

I have tried to create a new chartbook, based on existing chartbook.

Each time I have tried to DUPLICATE CHART (within the same chartbook), SC and then my computer locks up, and closes down automatically.

Have tried this 4 / 5 times now, and same happens each time - system and computer shutdown.

I have unlinked the chart that I was trying to duplicate, with no benefit.

Prior to installing the latest SC version, I had no issues with duplicating charts.

Otherwise, SC appears to be working absolutely fine for me.

Any thoughts?
Thanks

This is going to be a hardware or operating system issue. It is not going to be Sierra Chart causing a problem like this. It could not be.

We recommend testing the system memory on your computer.

In the very rare chance this has something to do with OpenGL, disable OpenGL:
Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)

If you still have the problem when not using OpenGL it definitively is not a Sierra Chart issue.
