intraday chart does not display any data

Hi Team,

I am new user, just joined sierra charts and I use it mainly for charting.

The issue I am facing is that I am not able to load Intraday charts like 1 min, 5 min etc for NASDAQ stocks. After the message that historical data load is complete nothing comes up for intraday, it's just a blank screen that I get. If i switch to 1 day then I could see data.

I read some of the help document and followed steps like updating the symbol settings etc. I am selecting the symbol ending with NQTV like APPL.NQTV etc

The same works fine for futures and I am able to see data for ES, NQ.

FYI I have subscribed to NASDAQ market data.

So I need support team to help me on this.

Make sure you are using the correct symbols. You can find them in File >> Find Symbol >>NASDAQ TotalView.

That is not a correct symbol that you gave above.

sorry it was a typo error I did select the correct symbol which is AAPL-NQTV

daily chartis working as expected, only intraday is blank

The issue must be related to the Session times:
Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart: 3.3 - Session Start Time and End Time not Covering Current Time

Set the time zone of the chart to US Eastern Time:
Time Zone Setting: Using Different Time Zone in Individual Charts


Apply the session times to the chart:
