Could someone please give me some hints for charting the option symbols for IB data source inside SC ? I need the symbols for a stock (e.g. AAPL option May 2014) and an index (Dow/Nasdaq/DAX/...May 2014). This would be really great. Everything I tried was without success - even with the examples in SC documentation. Many Thanks ! |

Really you need to rely mostly on IB technical support for this. The only information we have is here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/IBSymbols.html All of the parts of the larger symbol, are sent as is to the Trader Workstation and are set into the Contract structure when requesting market data and submitting an order.
