I am using SC Data - All Services [data] as my data service. My current time is 5:00 PM EST. I still do not see todays data. I do see it on other platforms. Please advice what time I should be able to start to do my analysis and review of the charts in my portfolio. All charts are daily, weekly and monthly. A few examples are ARQT, AVEO, CO, CRNC Thanks for your time to reply. JohnR Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-08-17 21:04:02

OK, So I have searched generic URLS as well as search inside SC. Everything points me to this page and this section. Sierra Chart Historical Data Service End of Day Update Times [Link] - [Top] For exchanges marked as End of Day only in the Included Markets table, the symbols from these exchanges will be updated with current days data after the market closes for them. Otherwise, the Historical Daily and Intraday data for other symbols are continuously updated with a 10 to 15 minute delay for them. Please advise so I don't waste time trying to update my charts / symbols and wasting download counts. I have even tried to reload and recalculate. -- Same results. Thanks for your time to respond. That information is out of date. Our data provider Barchart made a change and the Historical Daily data only updates some time after the end of the day. The solution is to add -NQTV to these stock symbols and then they will update continuously with a 15 minute delay. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. First thank you for your time to reply. I do realize SC is very busy on many topics. My reason for staying with the SC Historical data service it it provides 100% of the volume traded, where in a prior post on 8/02/22 -> Does "SC Data -- All Services" data feed account for 100% market volume of US stocks? you state --NQTV does not provide 100% of the volume. Is this something that is still true? quotes from your reply in that post. The U.S. Equities exchange that is part of our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed has the full volume information. Otherwise, we have our NASDAQ TotalView exchange that is part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed, which does not have the full volume information Again, Thanks for your time and knowledge. JohnR |

In regards to volume on Historical Daily charts when using -NQTV, is the volume for the current days bar is based upon the volume reported by NASDAQ. All of the prior bars are the full consolidated tape volume. So there is no disadvantage to using NQTV at all in this case.
