With version 2394 and higher of Sierra Chart we are no longer allowing data into the system from CQG for The CME Group and EUREX data. This is why you are not getting any data. You need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get the real-time data to your charts. You will find the instructions to get this setup at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* You can then tell your broker that you do not need the data from CQG, so you will not be paying for it.
