problem with the free CFD data

I'm connected to "SC data-all services" & use the free CFD data of FXCM to chart SPX. I've been using this data for long time but recently, occasionally (2 or 3 times a day) the data download pauses. To resolve this I "disconnect" and then use the "connect to data feed" from "file" menu. This resumes the data download but some data is missing (see the attached picture). Then I use the "edit/download data" feature to redownload it but that does not download the missing data. I also checked the drive where my "data" folder is located and made sure there is enough free space so the problem cannot be related to that. My Sierrachart is also up to data. Is there any other thing I should check to make it work just like before?
