Trade simulator attached order automatically getting cancelled without hitting target

I am on trade simulator mode and when I use chart replay, my attached orders (stop and limit) automatically gets cancelled for no reason without hitting the levels. I've attached a short video to show this. It seems like it happens right after a particular candle closes.
