Some pop up chart windows not popping up

Please help? The Chart Values Window, Tools Values Window, and Show Compact Tool Values windows do not appear when I go to Windows and choose them, the tick does appear Message Log, Alert Manager, and Current Quote Window do appear as expected when chosen |
