I have a Mac Book Pro. I downloaded a full version of Parallels (Windows 11) onto my Mac. But when I tried to execute the Sierra Charts download using Parallels in PC mode it did not work. I've tried multiple times using different versions of the download, but nothing has worked so far. Do you have any good suggestions? I tried to post earlier today but I'm not sure that it went through - if it did then my apology for repeating myself. |

It did post and the answer is to use our Zip installer. Refer to the information here: Software Download: Sierra Chart Zip Installer For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

John - thanks so much for replying. Can you help me understand better what I'm meant to do with this information? (Sorry I'm a Mac person delving into unknown territory) As per your text I opened the Sierra Chart Zip Installer. There are about a hundred Zip files? Like these two at the top of the page 2022-08-10 - SierraChart2423.zip (47.12 MB) 2022-08-04 - SierraChart2422.zip (46.59 MB) What do I do next? I tried double clicking on the top Zip installer. A bunch of files popped up. ACS_Source, Alert Sounds, Data, DTC, etc etc But it is not obvious to me what I do next? |

1. Select the most recent (highest numbered) item in the list. These are the various releases, so you should install the most recent one. That would be SierraChart2423.zip. 2. A Zip file is a compressed folder of files (and other folders). In this case, it contains the entire Sierra Chart installation. It sounds like you are creating the Sierra Chart installation for the first time, in which case you need to first create the folder for the Sierra Chart installation to go into. We prefer C:\SierraChart, but the exact location is up to you. Just do not put it under your Desktop. To put it in C:\SierraChart, you would create a new folder under the top of the C:\ drive named "SierraChart". 3. You would then open the Zip file and copy all the contents and paste them into the SierraChart folder you had just created. 4. You are done, but you would probably want an icon on your desktop to run the Sierra Chart software. Refer to the information here for this: Software Download: Setting up Shortcut to Sierra Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
