I just started using SC with Denali Data feed however there are a lot of missing data prints if I compare it with other datafeeds. There are a lot of gaps in minute based charts and less ticks in tick based charts. Also denali datafeed real time charts only work with Nasdaq Totalview exchange. I really need real tick by tick datafeed. What am I missing or doing wrong ? Attached a few pics.

Refer to the information about the NASDAQ TotalView exchange and the consolidated tape at the following:

Thank you for quick response. I read a lot of info about the datafeed for SC before activation and I thought denali was the only datafeed for stocks. I can not use denali datafeed . How can I switch into a real datafeed that supports ALL Volume and ticks. Basically I need to cancel denali datafeed and switch into any other available datafeed for stocks.

That is covered in that same section.

You can use our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed instead, which does have the Consolidated Tape, but it does not have any Market Depth data. The instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is here:

OK, Denali Datafeed is not good for stock data for sure. The reason I choosed Denali Dataefeed while subscribing because on the webpage says " At this time the Denali Data Feed has replaced the Sierra Chart Exchange Feed " I would like to use real tick by tick datafeed however I can not switch by my own on the website. Can you please remove Denali Datafeed and replace with SierraChart Exchange DataFeed. I would like to continue with Service Package 3 - Base Standard + SC Exchange Datafeed . MY account had enough balance to cover the difference between what I currently have and what I would like to have.

You will need to add an additional $25.00 to your account to switch to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, as this data feed has a $25.00 fee for the data feed in itself and then the cost of the exchange is $10.50 per month. Therefore, your total is $35.50 per month.

If you want to setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed yourself, you can do so by following these Setup Instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions

Otherwise we can help you through the process, but you will have to fill out the Exchange Agreements.
