Hi Neither Time (on the horizontal scale) or Price (vertical) are displayed in any chart, regardless of which Chartbook I use. I am a new client of Stage 5 / Dorman, but a long standing user of Sierra Chart, formerly linking it to TransAct (who introduced me to your platform). This Price / Time (missing) display issue has never happened before. FYI, in Chart / Chart Settings / Scale / both 'Hide Vales Scale' and 'Hide Times Scale' are set to No. I would be happy to attached a screen shot if someone can offer me a process less complicated that the current one. Hope you can help. |

We really need to get the chartbook that has that chart along with the file named 'Sierra4.config'. Refer to the following for how to get us a chartbook: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile The Sierra4.config file is located in the main Sierra Chart installation folder. Please attach this file as well. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Unfortunately, we do not see any issue when we pull up your chart. The following link is an image of what we see: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1660765163860.png Have you restarted your computer and tried opening a new chart? Do you have the same issue in a new chart? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Have you restarted your computer and tried opening a new chart? . . . Yes, many times. Do you have the same issue in a new chart?. . . Always. Q. Could this be because I am trying to access the chart on a MS Surface Pro. I have heard that some software applications do not run correctly, because the Surface Pro gets 'confused' over whether it is a lap-top or a mobile phone? Could this be the problem? If so, what is the answer? |

Just an idea, check that the chart background, chart text and chart scale border are not all set to the same color. Check in both global graphics settings and chart graphics settings. |
