On 2-week trial, but paid for Denali and now would like to cancel

Hi, I signed up for the 2 week trial and then also signed up for Denali real-time data so I could see how the platform worked intraday. I've decided not to pay for Sierra after the trial, but can't figure out how to cancel Denali. I'm unable to change my service package to #3 or #5 because I need a balance of $10. Could you please assist?

You do not need to do anything further. Your account will automatically expire on August 20, 2022 since you have no funds in your account to pay for the automatic renewal.
