Controlbar disappeared after creating New Instance

Hi there, it took me a while to create a controlbar with icons and descriptions of all the tools I use. Today I created a new instance (the first one) and the controlbar disappeared. Both in the Original and in the first instance. I tried - Displaying all controllbars - Exchanging the sierra4.cofig with the last 3 backups of this file from the Backup-folder. Nothing helped to bring back my favorite control-bar. Anything else I could do that would save me two hours of work? |

It is not surprising that the Control Bar would not be in the Sub-Instance, but it should NOT have disappeared from your main instance. The first thing to do is to go back to your original Sierra4.config file in your main instance, if you still have it. Then ensure the Control Bar is still setup by going to Global Settings >> Customize Control Bar >> Control Bar #. If the customizations are still there, then it is a matter of displaying that Control Bar by selecting Window >> Control Bars >> Control Bar #. If the customizations are not there, then we are not sure what might have occurred. If you have exited and restarted Sierra Chart since you created that Control Bar, then you would want to check the backups, as a backup is made when you start Sierra Chart. Again, check to see if the customizations are present in the settings first. This disappearing customizations keeps happening to me too... its infuriating because it takes so long to design that crap... AJHHJHHHHHHHHHHHH
