Crack Sread data not showing

Hi, I tried to load the RBOB Crack spread via the Sierra Data Feed. I found the spread symbol, but the charts remains dark. It also says Downlowading but it does not show any data. We checked the first symbol: AREU22 There is only Historical Daily data available for this. It does not trade. There is only settlement data.
