You would need to use the Numbers Bars Calculated Values to get the numbers themselves (you can hide the study if you do not want to see the table itself) and then use the Study Subgraph Above/Below Bar As Text study to put the information above/below the bar. Study Subgraph Above/Below Bar As Text can display a single MAX DELTA VOL or MIN DELTA VOL, but cannot display MAX+MIN on one line. This is very important.
