Change the setting for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Hide Volume Numbers From Current Traded Volume Columns to Yes. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

It looks like you are on an older version with the old Chart Settings window. Therefore this option is not available. If you can upgrade to the current release then you will be able to use this option.
