Can't access Real Time Data through SC Data

Hello, I normally login with my Rithmic account once a month to access Real Time data through SC Data. When I try to do this now, SC Data keeps showing delayed data. Could you please advise on how to correct this. Thanks for your time |

Everything looks good for your account. The verification date for the CME Group is currently August 31, 2022, so that is not the problem. You can view this date at the following link to ensure that you have made the connection properly: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Given this, if you are still not getting the real-time data, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
