Account not connecting - updated renewal fee yesterday Aug 2 2022 system was working all day (Aug 3) but just stopped working at about 20:00 eastern daylightsavings time Aug 3 2022 Connect button not responding Opened Account Support Ticket but no response other than email stating that a ticket was opened getting nohelp there! What do I need to do to resolve issue? |

What exactly do you mean when you say the "Connect button not responding"? If you open the menu for "File" and you can see that the Connect to Data Feed is "grayed" out, but the option for Disconnect is not, then that means that you are connected already and that is why selecting the option does not do anything. We need to see your message log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is.
