Problem with receving data from AMP/CQG-COMEX

I have recently switched to package 11 - advance, and my charts are black. I adjusted the charts` symbol to CGQ August or December contracts but it does not work. My charts are still black. Could you support me on this one, please? |

With release 2394 and higher, you are not able to bring data into Sierra Chart from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 Therefore, you have two options: 1) Downgrade your software to version 2393 and then continue to use the CQG data. OR 2) Stay on the current version and use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of the CQG data. The cost will be about the same and you will have access to years of historical data. You can then stop the CQG data from your broker.
