I failed to send an order on the chart and need to manually transmit it on IB platform. The new order cannot be moved on the chart. My broker: IB. Please help me to solve asap. Thanks |

What is the exact symbol of the chart or the Trade Symbol being used? Most likely this is an issue with the symbol.

It has nothing to do with symbol, any symbol has this problem.

We need to know the symbol. We may have a better idea about it with the symbol. And really you need to ask Interactive Brokers about this and they need to check the TWS log file and see what the issue is. We are not going to know what the problem is.
