Hi, Im going live, making the leap from turning sim mode off, i would love clarification on the session times and the time zone settings for someone trading in the United kingdom on crude oil futures and the S&P500E mini futures... Many thanks in advance |

We recommend setting the time zone for your charts to match the time zone of the exchange itself. The main reason for this is to avoid issues related to Daylight Saving Time.
