Check with your broker to see if they have your account setup yet. Typically this message means that it has not been completed yet. Also, if you have not already done so, make sure you go through the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing starting at Step #6 at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions -- Separately, we notice that you have the following exchanges active for the CME Group: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts - CME non-professional top-of-book - CBOT non-professional top-of-book - COMEX non-professional top-of-book These are redundant selections. So if you want to have the Market Depth, then deactivate the other 3 individual options (CME, CBOT, and COMEX top-of-book). If you do not need Market Depth, then we recommend deactivating all of these and instead using the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts instead. Although if you are going to do this, then you will want to deactivate all the current exchanges, which sets them to not renew next month, but you will continue to get the data through the end of this month - then on September 1, you can activate the Full CME Group exchange. Also, we noticed that you have 2 systems selected, therefore you are paying double the exchange fees, which allows you to get data to two different computers at the same time. If you need this, then leave it alone, otherwise, you should set this to 1. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
