I have been using a 2nd instance for the past 6 months. I am using Denali Data. I am using CQG for routing trade via AMP. This morning 8:30am EDT after starting SC I opened up a new instance. The 2nd instance will not connect. I am running SC version 2419 64-bit, which was installed today in response to a SC system message that was directed at the 2nd instance not connecting. I can send the log from each instance. The log from the main instance says it is having a problem connecting "Socket (1) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. | 2022-08-01 09:55:40.031" |

I hate Windows. A reboot solved the problem.
