Made a payment to Sierra but my Data Feed is not activated

I recently made a payment to Sierra after my services expired and went to Global Setting then to Data/Trade Service Setting and have CQG WebAPI selected. I do have a green bar that is showing that I am connected to the Data Feed but I am still not receiving any data. Thank you
