Uniting the Usage Time Ending Date and Denali payment date

Hi. I have the Usage Time Ending Date on the 13th of the month while the Denali Data feed at the beginning of each month. I'd like to align same date for both and not to follow separate dates for the balance of the account. How can it be done? |

This is not possible to do. Also what you are referring to is exchange fees. Those always are billed at the beginning of the month.
