There is not a way to list all of the keyboard shortcuts. But there are a few options to see what is being used. First, any keyboard shortcut that is associated with an item on the pulldown menu will show in the pulldown. Second, on the Keyboard Shortcut window, when you enter a key combination, it will tell you if that combination is already in use and what it is assigned to.
