Key point : I did not place this trade My DOM/chart indicate I am in a position (upon login; 2 logins). This trade is present in multiple chartbooks. I did not place this trade. The app will not let me flatten the position. I am using a sim account with delayed data. I am switching brokers and do not have a funded account associated with my SC account. Over the weekend I used chart replay. Orders were appearing then as well. Downloaded current version, did not change anything regarding this active position. Was running older ver for AMP compatibility. The position was entered @ 3987 according to DOM. This level coincides with my last trade on 7-21-22 - I have not placed any trades after that. I experienced no issues/abnormal actions on 7-21-22. Had to go to each chart and repeat. As I am in sim mode this was not an issue. But, in a live account this situation is unacceptable - 25+ point loss. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-07-25 16:40:36

Refer to: Trade Activity Log Analysis: Determining the Origin of a New/Modified Order Clear those fills by following these instructions: Trade Activity Log: Clearing Trade Activity Data Or: Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Data Editing Menu Commands (Trade >> Trade Activity Log) Definitely do not do it this way. : I was able to clear the long position by entering new short position. Had to go to each chart and repeat. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
