Add on Orders Attached Orders Go To The Original Attached Orders Location

Before, if my second/third order was entered above or under my first order, then the TP/Stop loss would also be slightly above or below the initial attached orders. Now the TP/Stoploss go to wherever the original attached orders are currently. I'm not sure what setting I changed, how do I change this back?

So if I use the scale in feature, it is recommended to not ever use the flatten and cancel all trades button?
