Build 2417 New Sub Instance Does Not Connect

Hi,

I just upgraded from 2288 to 2417. When trying to open a new instance I receive the following in the sub-instance message log and it fails to connect. This worked fine in the 2288 build.

The issue is not specific to the particular version you are running. We do not observe a problem like this ourselves.

Do you have any other instances of Sierra Chart listening in on this port: 11099?

Is the main instance of Sierra Chart set to use TLS for the DTC Server?

Thanks for the quick response. The issue is resolved and was related to another server listening on 11099 as suggested.
