Hello, is there a solution that the drawings are not in the middle of the price, but on the outside of the price?

ATAS does it right.
Where can you set it on SierraChart?

Use Study/Price Overlay to overlay the main price graph in candlesticks and adjust the candlestick width to what you prefer.

There are multiple options for displaying the "bar" with the Numbers Bars. Refer to the following:
Numbers Bars: Open and Close Marker Style

Also, as suggested above, you can use a Study/Price Overlay to overlay the Main Price Graph back onto the Numbers Bars.

I don't mean the number bars, but how to set it up correctly in Sierra so that the tools, for example the rectangle, are drawn on the edges and not in the middle of the number bars.

Take a close look at my current sample image again.

See image:
Red marking is currently my Sierra.

I would like a green border.

There is not an option to change where the numbers are drawn vertically or the drawing tools.

Everything in Sierra Chart is setup related to the prices based on the Tick Size and the date/time for the bars. Therefore the numbers in the Numbers Bars are drawn at the price level at which they occur, centered on the price. Drawings are also drawn such that the anchor points are aligned with the prices.

The one thing you can do is to force the drawings to be drawn below the Main Price Graph, so the drawings will not obscure the numbers. Refer to the following setting:
Chart Settings: Draw Highlight Drawings Underneath Main Graph and Studies (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawings menu)
