Is there a study in SC that measures the average rotation from buying and selling. See attachment picture for example.

There is the Rotation Factor study. Refer to the following: Rotation Factor By default, this study uses the High and Low data. If you have specific data that you would want to use, then you can use the Spreadsheet Formula (Bar) study to put your data into the High and Low spots for a bar, and then base the Rotation Factor on the Spreadsheet Formula (Bar) study to get what you want.
