Freezing Charts & DOM

The past two weeks all my charts in my chart book including my DOM continue to freeze and I can't do anything. This happens at least once a day, some last longer than others. Most of the time i have to shut down Sierra Chart, open it back up then it's fine. All my charts will freeze and I can't move my charts up/down/left/right, I can't move my entry/stops/targets on my DOM. Even the hot keys I have set up for my DOM won't work when this is going on. I have a hot key set to flatten all orders and that does not work so there's been multiple times where I have OPEN orders with nothing for me to do?? Please help me with this problem ASAP because I cannot trade live with this going on. |
