When I use the chart calculator tool on a candlestick chart it will show minus 88 and minus 110.00 profit/loss. When I do the same measurement on my footprint numbers bar chart, the same minus 88 but the profit/loss is minus 330.00 not minus 110.00. I have checked the symbol and they are both the same (S&P micro). I have checked the ticks in the chart settings symbol and it's the same. It's exactly one third of the profit/loss on the candle chart versus the footprint chart.

This has to do with the Order Quantity setting on the Numbers Bars chart. Documentation:

I'm sorry but Sierra Charts is so difficult for me.

Am I looking for a setting in the calculator config that you attached or the numbers bars settings. I don't see anything that I would change in the calculator config. and the figures in chart settings for tick size is the same on both charts and I don't see what I would change in the numbers bars settings.

I can't imagine that it is the chart calc config because it is one config for all charts?

From documentation:

When the chart is in Chart Trade Mode, then the Currency Value is multiplied by the Trade Window Order Quantity. This will affect the result displayed on the chart.

I'm sorry I don't understand. I also have S&P mini and an S&P micro chart and the tick values are correct for each chart and the total price figure is the same for both charts when I measure say 50 ticks for each which is not right. These are just renko charts and not footprint charts

It's not about the type of chart. It is about whether the chart is in Trade mode (Trade >> Chart Trade Mode On) and then what the Quantity is set to for trading. For the Chart Calculator, the values are multiplied by the Quantity.

This also means that even if you have the Chart Trade Mode On enabled, if you have a quantity of 1, you will get the same result as if the Chart Trade Mode On is not enabled.
